Loreto, while a small pueblo, has a surprisingly large variety of medical services that are available.  In fact, some people come here specifically for say, dental work and have a vacation at the same time.  If there is an emergency situation, we have the Bomberos as well as other ambulance services.  The local hospital can provide many types of surgery and emergency care if needed.  Loreto even has Dr concierge service.
